Common questions

Yes. After delivery you receive the complete website files and the domain is transferred to your own registrar account. There is no lock-in of any kind.
Yes, you receive the static HTML files and can edit them yourself if you're comfortable doing so. Keep in mind that if something breaks or needs to be rewritten as a result, that work is billed separately. For simple, risk-free updates, the Care Plan ($49/month) is the easier option.
Professional email setup (1 inbox) is included in the Business Starter, Local Brand Kit and Full Rebrand packages. For the Web Starter, it is available as a $99 add-on. The monthly email subscription fee — for example Google Workspace at around $6/month — is paid directly by you to the provider.
Business card design, QR code and print coordination are included in the Full Rebrand package. Actual printing and shipping costs are billed separately at cost — you pay the print provider directly, or we arrange it and invoice you.
Most projects are delivered within 5 business days. The timeline starts after all required information, photos, access details and payment have been received.
Each package includes one revision round. Additional rounds are available for $75 each.
Standard domain registration (.com, .net, .org) is included for the first year and transferred to you after delivery. Premium domains or special extensions are not covered and will be quoted separately.
After the free first year you can continue with the Care Plan at $49/month (includes basic static hosting), transfer the files to your own hosting provider, or choose a standalone hosting plan at $99/year.
A 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is due before the website goes live and files are delivered. Payment is accepted via bank transfer or PayPal. The deposit is non-refundable once work has started.
To get started you will need to provide: your business name, phone number, email address, service area, list of services, 3 reasons customers choose you, photos (minimum 6, ideally well-lit and taken in daylight), any existing logo if available, and your preferred color style. The faster you send these, the faster we can deliver.
The form collects inquiries from your website visitors — homeowners who want a price estimate — and sends them to your email. It does not calculate automatic prices. If you want a custom quote calculator, that can be quoted separately.
